ADVANCED HOSTING PROGRAMS:

Enrolment in all Programs are subject to full payment being made. Payments are strictly not refundable.

The Student undertakes to complete the Advanced Hosting Program and to complete all tasks issued by
SMART airbnbs Pty Ltd within the given time frame to ensure the successful completion of the Program.

The Student hereby authorises SMART airbnbs Pty Ltd and its subsidiaries to use his/her success story in future publications and campaigns.

The Student hereby acknowledges that SMART airbnbs Pty Ltd and its subsidiaries do not function as his/her real estate broker, accountant, attorney or financial advisor.

SMART airbnbs Pty Ltd, its agent(s) and/or its employee(s) shall not be liable for, and the Student hereby waive(s) and abandon(s) any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that for theft, injury, loss or damage of whatever nature, against SMART airbnbs Pty Ltd, whether arising from SMART airbnbs Pty Ltd’s default, negligence or otherwise. The Student, in addition to the aforesaid, hereby indemnify SMART airbnbs Pty Ltd against any claims which may arise from whatever nature, whether arising from the SMART airbnbs Pty Ltd’s default, negligence or otherwise.

PRO HOSTING PROGRAM

Enrolment in the Pro Hosting Program is subject to full payment being made. Payments are strictly not refundable.

This program is only available to new Airbnb hosts.

The Airbnb listing is to be completed by SMART airbnbs Pty Ltd within 7 days of receiving 1) photos 2) the listing’s on-boarding information 3) agreement on listing pricing from the property owner.

Duties of SMART airbnbs Pty Ltd
· Create listing on Airbnb
· Manage all pre-check-in guest relations including: Receiving enquiries & responding to questions from guests, screening of guests, pre-approval of booking enquiries
· Notify property owner of confirmed bookings
· Capture property owner’s banking details on Airbnb. Airbnb to pay property owner directly.

Duties of the property owner
· Ensure that the space is cleaned before guests arrive and cleaned again after departure
· Provide all facilities & items as reflected in the listing on Airbnb
· Communicate with guests directly on check-in & check-out arrangements
· Notify SMART airbnbs Pty Ltd of any changes required to the listing(s) on Airbnb as and when necessary
· Provide SMART airbnbs Pty Ltd with a review for each guest within 3 (three) days of the guest’s departure
· Adhere to all policies & terms and conditions of Airbnb as published on their hosting website

SMART airbnbs Pty Ltd shall manage the listing(s) for a period of 3 months from the check-in date of the first successful reservation.

The property owner agrees to pay the once-off enrolment fee; and thereafter 20% of the total booking payout fee for every successful reservation for a period of 3 months from the check-in date of the first successful reservation.

The property owner hereby authorises SMART airbnbs Pty Ltd and its subsidiaries to use his/her success story in future publications and campaigns.

The property owner hereby acknowledges that SMART airbnbs Pty Ltd and its subsidiaries do not function as his/her real estate broker, accountant, attorney or financial advisor.
